afj Posted November 22, 2012 Share Posted November 22, 2012 This mobo has CPU fan, but a large passive processor heatsink. It also has two fan connectors: CHA and CPU. If both fans are connected, aida displays cpu fan and chassis fan; but if one of them is not present or forcefully stopped by thumb, the remain fan always threats as cpu's. They have different velocities, so I can see how chassis fan "becomes" cpu's and back. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild2222jv3z7yfrsbzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.
