Just ask,if possible to have memory size incorporated in Cache & Memory Benchmark,as shown in CPU-Z.
Please look.

We're trying to avoid adding more info on the AIDA64 CPUID Panel and Cache & Memory Benchmark Panel to avoid making them too crowded. Memory size doesn't really have a direct impact on the cache & memory benchmark results, so I'm sorry, but we have no plans adding that info there.

We're working on it. Later this year we'll introduce multi-threaded memory bandwidth benchmarks, a new memory latency benchmark, a revamped CPU PhotoWorxx benchmark, etc. So stay tuned

We've run into many problems with the new benchmarks last year, but now they're very close to being ready.  We're aiming for a late May release.  That release will also implement AVX2 benchmarks for Haswell and AVX benchmarks for Kabini
