Hi,
I've just purchased AIDA extreme 2.2

from a previous trialware version, I still have the aida.ini file with all the settings for Logitech G19

to avoid rewriting all the G19 LCD parameters, may I copy that old file and overwrite the new one, without compromising the new fresh install?

Yes, you can do that. AIDA64.INI file is fully portable between version upgrades or downgrades.
