inahut Posted May 8, 2012 Share Posted May 8, 2012 Please recommend how long to run, and by that I mean how long is long enough, if one's system is indeed stable enough to handle it for more than 7 or 12 or 20 minutes.Also, when interpreting the details of the test data, does the length of time it is run mean anything more than that it is stable?
