Hello I heard/read that Windows 8.1 64-bit needs the following CPU support: - CMPXCHG16b - LAHF/SAHF - PrefetchW (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/preview-faq) CMPXCHG16b and LAHF/SAHF I can find in the Aida64 CPU Instructions set list, but not PrefetchW. Does it have another name or ist it missing ?

Hey guys, just thought you might like my Star Trek TNG sensor panel. I styled it like the control panels from The Next Generation. It's fully functional. I'm always tweaking though. It's a large size. 1024 x 972. I usually use it with 25% transparency on my 1600 x 900 desktop. I may do another design, just to switch up now and again.

After buying a new comp i was started with modding. More info - http://nl.hardware.i...irus_59-edition SilverStone Fortress FT03 Black + MIMO 720F Touchscreen USB Monitor (7" 800x480) He was supposed to be better than the old one. Lian Li PC-A05NBF Black + Alphacool LC-Display 240x128 I was looking for software to use the built-in monitor as my old Alphacool LC-Display. And I found AIDA64. The first attempt / v1 The second attempt / v2 - v2.sensorpanel The third attempt / v3. I use now v3 BW 128 v2 - v3.sensorpanel - v3 BW.sensorpanel - v3 BW 128.sensorpanel - v3 BW 128 v2.sensorpanel Possible future - v4.sensorpanel I can't upload anymore, the limit is reached Now I'm waiting for the appearance of the possibility to monitor hard drives and wireless signal strength.

Hi all, I'm new here... I just want to let you know that AIDA 64 can now be used through LCDHost (http://www.linkdata.se/). That way you can display almost everything from AIDA, as raw measures or graphs. Have fun!

Introduction I like AIDA64, especially the logging functionality, but it's difficult to analyze this data. The diagrams within AIDA64 are very limited and there is no possibility to compare the influence of different settings (e.g. graphic) to the overall performance of a system. So I decided to implement a tool, which allows to illustrate AIDA64 log data in several diagrams and to compare multiple log-files side-by-side in one diagram ! User Guide Before you can use the tool, you have to generate an AIDA64 log file with at least the following marked settings: Log sensor readings to CSV log file UpTime The tool is very simple to use: no installation necessary, just start "GenericLogViewer.exe". At the top you can select how many diagrams with how many log-files should be presented by the tool. Open an AIDA64 log file by clicking the "Open File" button, select application type "AIDA64", select an AIDA64 log file and press "Open" (AIDA64 csv-log-files have typically the filename pattern: *_log.csv). After parsing the file, the logging duration of the file is shown and by default the "Timeline" diagram of the first log category. You can change the shown diagram with: Timeline/Statisic RadioButton Log Category ComboBox Change all buttons (changes category in every diagram) The Y-axis shows the values of the seleted Log Category in ComboBox (unit is within [..]) If an opened file is still updated with logging-data by AIDA64, you can simple update/refresh it by clicking on the "Reload"-Button: At the top left corner of every diagram you can find the arithmetic average of the corresponding curve: If there are too many different values on Y-axis in "Statistic" mode, the values are grouped into ranges. If this is the case, the following control is shown, which allows to increase of decrease the number of ranges (or to disable quantisation). Splitter between the diagrams allow you to adjust the height of all diagrams: After opening all log files you can hide the file area by unmarking "Show file area" to get more space for diagrams. New feature since version 2.1: Simple Mode I added a "two columns" feature, which doubles the number of diagrams. But if you use "two columns" with a high "number of diagrams" the diagrams are very small. That's why I introduced the "Simple mode" which: simplifies header and footer decreases line thickness Tip: use the "Tab"-key to toggle between 'Standard' and 'Simple' mode ! New feature since version 3.0: Time Window Definition If you click the "Edit"-button in the file area, a new window will be opened to define Start- and End-time of a time window for the logfile (see user guide at the top of this window). It allows you to show only a part of a single logfile or to synchronize multiple logfiles Attention: time window start-time is "normalized" to "00:00:00", otherwise synchronization of multiple log-files will not work ! Button description: "Set": defines Start/End time of time window "Reset": resets Start/End time to "file borders" "Zoom": zooms into diagram with the actual defined Start/End times for fine-tuning (from Start-10% to End+10%). Remark: works only in case of Start/End is more then 10% from "file Start/End times") "Cancel": closes window without any change "Apply": yes, take the actual defined Start/End times as the used time window for all diagrams ! New features since version 4.0 (August 2018): possibility to compare different categories of one file in one diagram possibility to present diagrams in a "dark style" If you have only file loaded, it's now possible to add up to two more ComboBoxes for category selection in any diagram. Addtional you can change the background color of the diagram section to black. Tips for analyzing log files: Number of diagrams: 2 First diagram: Timeline Second diagram: Statistic Select on both diagrams same log category Use "Change all" buttons for synchronous changes in both diagrams Requirements Microsoft Windows Microsoft Framework .NET 4.6.1 (at least) no installation necessary, just start "GenericLogViewer.exe" Download The zip file (SHA-1 hash, Version 4.0: EB8551E052CC968BB230C95007F6958EA47A8981) contains the binary files of the tool. GenericLogViewer - Version 4.0.zip Version history: 1.0: Initial version 1.1: "Change log category" buttons added 1.2: User Interface improvements 1.2: Switch to GenericLogViewer 1.3: Bugfix: depending on Windows Region Settings there could be a problem during DateTime conversion (older versions) 2.0: Many internal changes, new features see post below 2.1: New features see post below 2.2: Bugfix: log-files, created on a PC which was running > 24 hours couldn't be loaded -> fixed 3.0: New feature: Time Window Definition 3.1: Bugfix: sometimes log-files can't be opened after AIDA64 was stopped -> fixed 3.2: Bugfix: sometimes log-files can't be opened, case reported by mkos1 below -> fixed 4.0: Different categories of one file in one diagram and dark mode

Quick thought. It would be very useful to be able to have more than one sensor panel. ie, indefinite number (within reason ofcourse) independent of each other. Particularly for those of us using multiple monitors

Yes, we do have plans about that, but unfortunately the current software stack for Corsair Link architecture doesn't allow multiple applications access the Link hardware simultaneously. Corsair said they will roll out a brand new software stack with 3rd party applications support sometime next year. As soon as their new software stack is ready, we'll get back to implementing Corsair Link support in AIDA64. Regards, Fiery

Here is the updated SensorPanel sample to the AIDA64 v3.20 release to show you the new area graph and histogram in action. Please note that if you want to use this graph as is, you need a CPU that is capable of measuring and reporting its power draw. 320release_sample.sensorpanel

When I run Aida64 Extreme v2.8, after a while the system reboots and the Asus Sabertooth z77 bios says, "asus anti-surge detected an unstable power supply unit on last start up." I have replaced the mother board, power supply unit, ram, hard drive, video card, case, pure sine wave UPS, and re installed from installation disk Win 7. I am running Intel i7 3770k at stock with Corsair H60 water cooler. Can Aida64 be triggering a "false" positive to the mother board about unstable psu? I have same problem with Asus p8z77-v Pro mother board.

I just wanted to share the SensorPanel design I've been working on. Any suggestions are welcome! The mess of red lines in the CPU graph are the eight individual cores and the blue line is the overall load. The RAM bar is the RAM utilization and has the memory clock, rated speed, and timings as well. System temperatures are next, followed by the on-board fan speeds. The GPU graph shows GPU load in blue, MC in red, and VE in yellow (which seems to be 0% all the time), indicated by the labels beneath the graph. The GPU's current bus speed is above the graph, along with the GPU's current clock speed. Video RAM utilization and clock speed, GPU diode temperature, and GPU fan speed are at the bottom. Some thoughts: I wish there were a cleaner way of showing individual CPU cores on a graph - maybe showing only physical cores instead of all eight from HyperThreading? Sensor items that display hardware models would be nice for decorating the panel. Yes, I could just put a static label on there for my own personal use, but it wouldn't be very useful for someone else's system. Colors used on the panel should be able to have alpha values set. This could allow some great aesthetics, but would also allow for some easier-to-read graphs with multiple values (like the CPU cores in this example). Conditional coloring for sensor values would be great. For example, you can see above the CPU graph that the clock speed is lowered in an idle state; it would be nice to have this colored when not at max speed. One other addition that would make designing these panels more efficient would be a CSS class-like system where you could use a style class in place of a specific color so you could change the color used on multiple elements with one change. I've attached the SensorPanel file but I'd imagine you would need to have a similar board and CPU for it to work without some modifications. Here are my specs: i7-3770K at 4.3GHz Intel DZ77SL-50K board 16GB DDR3-1600 GSkill Ares memory EVGA Geforce GTX 670 with 2GB RAM Z77_i7-3770K_GF670.sensorpanel

I'd like an improved support for more products, including: -Main Adobe products (i.e. photoshop) -Nero -Main Slysoft products -Winpatrol / MBAM and SAS (to show in the security tab list) Some free system information tools can detect easily most of these license keys. Also, the audio/video codecs don't detect any external codecs (for example K-lite Codec pack). Thank you.
