    here I ordered a set of motherboard + processor + RAM "MACHINIST Pr9 X99"

Please check what value does your motherboard have for DMI motherboard manufacturer and product.  You can do that in AIDA64 / Computer / DMI / Motherboard.  Look for the first 2 lines named Manufacturer and Product.  Let us know what can you see there, or copy-paste the content of the page Computer / DMI / Motherboard into this topic.

I got an auto update for my paid version of aida64 extreme, it updated to 6.92.6618. now the menu bar is missing at the top, replaced by 3 dots in the upper right corner.

how to i get back my menu bar?

also the main window is missing a ton of icons now. see attached photo. top left (background) is new bugged version 6.92.6618, bottom right (foreground) is 6.92.6600

It's not a bug.  We're in the process of completely revamping the main window UI.  You can still access the old main menu from the kebab (3 dots) menu.  The icon bar will soon become configurable so you can place several previously non-available icons on it.  If you don't wanna use the half-ready UI in its current form and follow its evolution up to the next stable update of AIDA64, I recommend you to switch back to the latest AIDA64 stable update (6.92.6600) and stay away from beta updates until the next stable update is out.

    Hi,

When execute AIDA64 latest beta version (v6.92.6614) on Intel Meteor Lake processor platform, Memory Bus/Type/Chipset/DRAM: FSB Ratio values are empty and some of items show TRIAL VERSION

May I know if it an expected because AIDA64 cannot recognize the new Intel processor? If yes, is there any target timeframe to support Intel Meteor Lake processor?

Since this issue affects an unreleased hardware platform, I've sent you an email to discuss this matter in a more private way.

As for the "TRIAL VERSION" text, that's simply because you're using an evaluation version of AIDA64.  Once you acquire a valid license, AIDA64 will replace TRIAL VERSION with the measured cache and memory performance metrics.  The watermark from the background will also be removed, of course.

I have AIDA64 set to start minimized to the system tray.

Normally I right click to get the menu, so I can select close, to close the application.

But after the update to beta v6.92.6614, this close option does no longer work on my systems.

I have to close the application in the Windows task manager

Thank you, we will fix that issue in the next AIDA64 beta update.

    Hello

I'm a couple of weeks into trialling AIDA64, and love the software, mainly for the custom sensor panel. The obvious restrictions in the trial is the ugly watermark and some sensor items showing as TRIAL on the panel. But what else, if anything, is missing ?

A few things I can't find (whether missing, or maybe I just can't find them!) are:

... Maximum CPU temperature for any given session

    ... Vertical Bars

    ... Data export as .csv

If it's OK with the group, I will add to this post as I think of anything else, to save cluttering up the forum

    Thanks

The bits you can't find aren't limitations due to trial version, but there are quite a few other limitations scattered all around in AIDA64, e.g. benchmark results are also sometimes indicated as "TRIAL".

    1) Maximum temperature can be obtained and recorded by using the Logging facility (AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / Logging).

    2) Vertical bars can be configured by using a bar width that's smaller than the bar height.  Quite easy if you know the trick :)

    3) CSV output is also available in the Logging facility.

I see a couple of other threads similar to this but I didn't want to necro them. I attached the EC Dump.  The sensor reports in L/M in the BIOS and in HWiNFO, so I know that it's working. I'm using an Alphacool ES flow and temperature indicator with RPM-signal (https://shop.alphacool.com/en/shop/controllers-and-sensors/flow-sensor/17558-alphacool-es-flow-and-temperature-indicator-highflow-with-rpm-signal) connected to the FLOW header on the motherboard.

Make sure to enable both these options in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability, and restart AIDA64 to apply the changes.

    Hello,

Recently build my first DIY computer, and am enjoying the trial version of AIDA64 to monitor my system specs. Would love to get the full (extreme) version, but being on a very low income and battling health issues, it's a bit cost-prohibitive for the forseeable future.

Does the software ever go on sale ? Black Friday is approaching, and it would be great if there was a 50% off.

Not to say it's overpriced, the developers have done an amazing job and it's very fairly priced at $60 USD, but for me it's just too out of reach.

I've just sent you a private message.

See video I try to rotate the display 90 degrees and it just doesn't refresh correctly or across the entire screen. It still shows part of the previously selected .axlcd file which was landscape and originally rotated 180 which still works. So 90 degrees and 270 give the same results as video but disabled and 180 for landscape work fine! Anyone any ideas?

    Display is ax206 320x480 aida 6.85

We've checked, and it works flawlessly on our AX206 display with all 4 rotation settings.  Maybe your device has a firmware issue or treats buffer alignment in a different way than the original AX206 devices.  Where did you purchase your LCD?

    Hello!

I'm having trouble seeing the AIO pump, fans and coolant sensors in AIDA64. The AiO model is a EVGA CLC 240mm.

Both HWiNFO64 and Argus Monitor see the sensors that AIDA64 doesn't.

HWiNFO64 sees it as NZXT Kraken [...]:

Argus Monitor sees it as EVGA CLC:

I've ticked the "Corsair Link sensor support" box in AIDA64 Preferences - Stability page.

Also, EVGA Flow Control application is not running. When it runs sensors are not visible in any app (AIDA64, HWiNFO64 or Argus Monitor).

    Many thanks for your help!

Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first.

    Thanks,

On several laptops (all 3 pcs with both Intel integrated graphics and Nvidia GPU), I've noticed that GPU Stability Test and GPGPU benchmark crash immediately in AIDA64 (v6.90, 6.92.6600 and 6.92.6603beta).

I think the problem lies in the fact that AIDA64 detects 5 different OpenCL GPUs (but actually there should only be two: IGP and Nvidia GPU).

See attached screenshot of GPGPU benchmark (default all GPUS are selected for benchmark).

Detected GPU 1 & 2 run the benchmark and it produces good results (I think).

Detected GPU 3 and 4 show only 12MHz and 1CU.

Detected GPU 5 shows 12MHz and 4 cores.

If I run GPGPU benchmark on GPU3 it takes forever, so I just stop it after 10minutes or so, without producing any result.

I am not that interested in OpenCL performance, I am more interested in stability testing atm.

So my question is: can I select in AIDA64 which OpenCL device(s) it should use in the stability test?

Yes, you definitely have way too many OpenCL devices on your system than what's necessary or optimal.  I'm afraid it's not possible to select which GPU(s) to stress in the AIDA64 System Stability Test.  Try to clear up the OpenCL devices by for example uninstalling all video drivers, and installing them again both for your Intel iGPU and your nVIDIA dGPU.  For uninstallation you may find Display Driver Uninstaller useful.

I've been using the sensor panel fine till this afternoon when after a reboot AIDA64 loaded as normal but with no sensor panel displayed.

    1. Nothing has been added / removed from the PC; hardware or software.

    2. I've rebooted several times.

    3. I've forced stopped AID64 and manually started it several times.

    4. I've uninstalled AID64, downloaded the current .exe  (v6.92.6600) and tried with that.

    5. I've tried #4 using the trial version.

    6. I've tried #4 after entering my product key.

    7. In the preferences I've reset the position several times.

    8. In the preferences I've disabled "Show Sensor", applied and then enabled it again.

    9. I've clicked on the status bar and unchecked / checked everything under the HWMon Modules (As suggested on a different bug report)

Any suggestions to what I can try next to get to see the sensor panel again?

    Thanks

    1) What motherboard, CPU and video card(s) do you have?

    2) Does the Computer / Sensor page work, properly showing all sensor readings?

My CPU is Core i5-13600K but why AIDA64 is showing as Core i5-13600 without the "K"?

Dear admin, please check my cpu id msr dump below.

    cpuidmsrdump.txt 154.74 kB · 6 downloads

You need to use a newer version of AIDA64 to have full support for Raptor Lake processors.  For example, the latest one available on our website:

    https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xe

In case you'd prefer to use the MSI Edition of AIDA64, then please refer to MSI Tech Support or the MSI website's Utilities Download section to find a newer release than v6.85 (that you currently have installed).

Thanks for your help. It seems that my licence had expired, so I bought a new one. I have upgraded to the latest version and restarted Windows. My GPU is now recognised. Unfortunately, the Sensor Panel has now reverted back to the original, basic version. Any idea how I can get my version back?

During the upgrade process your existing settings (including your SensorPanel layout) should be retained in the AIDA64.INI file (located in AIDA64 installation folder).  I'm not sure what happened to your settings file.

    Hi there!
I got AIDA64 not long ago and I am making my first tests.
It would be great if I could also track my room temperature while I do it and I wonder if there is any USB thermometer complatible with AIDA64 or of there is any other method to do so that I might be missing...

    Cheers!

We don't know any device that could do that and would be compatible with AIDA64.

    Hi,

I noticed high CPU usage on my sensor panel and after some debugging I have found out that graphs, particularly *area* graphs, are an issue. 6 area graphs use 50% of one core on a 5800x3d, elevate cpu temps by 6c and use an extra 10w of power. I have switched to line graphs for the time being as this improves the situation, though I think it still uses 25% of one core.

I notice when the graph starts drawing the cpu utilisation is low, as more is drawn it increases. So it looks like updating the render buffer is slow.

Are there any plans to have an option of using the graphics card instead of the cpu for the rendering? or improving graph rendering speed?

    Thanks

We've optimized graph rendering in the latest AIDA64 beta update:

    https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta

Let me know how it works.
