  1. Hi

I'm running AIDA64 remotely.  I've created an .rpf where I chose

    Computer

          -Computer Name

          - DMI

    Motherboard

          - BIOS

    Operating System

          - Operating System

    Software

          - Installed Programs

    Security

          - Windows Update

I generate all my report files, and then start Audit Manager on the central server where AIDA64 is installed.

I "Add Report Files" and select all my rpf files.

When I look at the resultant output in Audit Manager - I don't see any BIOS information.  But the information is in the csv files?

I've attached a sample csv file,  my rpf file and a screenshot of the Audit Manager report....

    please rename

    CIPReport_rpf.txt         to          CIPReport.rpf

    and

    XXXX_CIP_2016-03-17_10-26-07_csv.txt       to        XXXX_CIP_2016-03-17_10-26-07.csv

ALSO - Is there a way to have ONLY the BIOS Version and BIOS Type reported instead of all 11 records under BIOS???

    Thanks

  2. NOTE:  This is posted under the General Discussion Forum also - sorry about the duplication but I don't know how to delete a post....

    Hi

I ran the Audit Manager and looked at the view called Statistics 2 (Wide).  Under Installed Programs + Version it shows Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 with the number 50 under the "N" column.  I'm assuming this is the number of machines that it found MS Office Enterprise 2007 on?

However, when I double click on that line ( Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 ), it pops up another window  called Statistics Detail: "Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007"

that only shows 25 computers.  The number 25 is correct.  The number 50 is  not.  Why is it double reporting?

    Thanks

    Cindy

  4. Hi

I ran a Change Manager report on a windows 2008 r2 server and noticed the following entry....

Product Activation          Changed              Value Before - Not Required              Value After - Not Supported

When I look at the Properties screen on the windows box - the Windows Activation shows  "Windows is Activated"

Does anybody know what this Change Manager entry is trying to tell me?  Where does AIDA64 get its Product Information from - maybe I can take a look

    and see what it says...?

    Thanks

    Cindy

  5. Hi

I have run inventory reports on 2 separate weeks for a particular machine.  In the 2 resulting CSV files, there is a field called installed date.  However, when

I run the Change Manager against these 2 CSV files, there is no Install date field in the change summaries.  Is there any way to include this field when

producing the Change report?  For example,  it would be helpful to know that on Tuesday, there was a product called ABC version 1 that was installed on Feb 13,2014, but on the following Tuesday, there is now a product called ABC version 2 that was installed on Feb 16, 2014...  Knowing when these changes occured

    - based on the install date -  would be very important information.

    Thanks

    Cindy

  6. Hi

    I have 3 machines running Windows 2008 R2 (x64) - machineA, machineB, and machineC.

I have AIDA64 BE installed on machineC.

On machineA and machineB - I have a task scheduled to start AIDA64 Business Edition on system startup.

    It runs this command

    \\machineC\C$\Program Files\AIDA64\aida64.exe /ACCEPTBG /SAFE

    and I see 2 processes created on machineA and machineB - aida_rcs.dll *32 and aida64.exe *32.

On machineC -  I also have AIDA64 Business Edition running and I want to run remote reports of machineA and machineB.

On machineC, from a command line, I run this ...

    C:\Program Files\AIDA64\aida64.exe  /RMTHOSTS  machineA  /RMTREPORT  C:\machineA  /CSV

Nothing seems to happen - no reports generated.  However - if I use the remote report wizard from the AIDA64 GUI

on machineC, and select machineA as the remote computer, the report runs fine.....

    Please help.

I need to automatically run remote reports from machineC of several remote computers and I can't get it to work.

Also, is there an application log anywhere that shows what is happening - there is no feedback or anything from the

command prompt to indicate that my command line is or isn't working

    Thanks

    Cindy

  7. My AIDA64 report is showing that my Windows Firewall is Disabled on one of my servers but it isn't.

It's controlled by group policy and the other servers with the same group policy show theirs correctly

in their AIDA64 report - Enabled.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

  8. Hi

I'm just implementing AIDA64 on our windows 2008 R2 servers and I'd like to schedule a report

to run from a central location on all my servers and have the report saved to my central location.

    for example - I have AIDA64 installed on 5 machines - A, B, C, D, and XX which is my central server.

On XX, I'd like to automatically initiate a Remote Report to run on A, B, C, and D, every Friday.

    How do I do that?

    Thanks

    C
