I upgraded from 5.8 to current just now and all is well. The window must have been off screen before no problem anymore thank you.

I have now uninstalled your product and have gone back to version 5.8 to get my preferences back. If you cannot get preferences to work anymore I will not be updating my license.

Hi I just updated this morning and it still is not working right but not actually locking. I found the preferences window in the task manager, but it will not show up on the desktop anywhere but at least I can close it in the task manager. I will try to go to one monitor and see if that brings it back. Nope same problem with one monitor so the preferences window is invisible for me lol. I hope this helps.

Sorry for the delay I got sick and forgot about the issue until I tried to go to preferences today lol. I open the main window from the Aida64 icon in the system tray then I click file/preferences and nothing. It is locked at this point and then I have to end task in the task manager and restart Aida64.

Hi using latest update 5.95.4569 Beta and when I try to open preferences Aida 64 locks up. I uploaded the submit report to finalwire results.

Yes thanks but still no main CPU temp and no case fan speeds. This is also true of Corsair Link4 there is information being withheld from you folks I believe. The question is can you get through to Asus lol I can't.

This is after an update to 0801 bios just released. SAsus is locking Aida64 and Corsair Link4 out of sensor readings and the ball is now in your court lol.Sorry for the delay was waiting for the new bios that was supposed to fix this but the sensor readings did not change :-( I am able to monitor each core so that is waht I do now but the link4 lost control of the liquid cooling pump and the Asus suite 3 is controlling it lol. It is on a USB2 header, what a mess Asus makes great hardware but dodgy software.

Hi I have an Asus Strix Z270H Gaming Mobo that I was getting all sensor reading fine until I updated the bios to the latest bios using the Asus updater.
After the update I no longer get CPU Temp or CPU fan or chassis fan readings. I still get GPU fan and Corsair Pump which comes through a usb header.
The beta is exacly the same for me oh and I do get the readings in the Asus software.

Wow I am getting the opposite Aida is showing me about 20% lower usage than Windows running handbrake. It always matched on my 4 core system it is the new 10 core CPU that has changed.
