  1. Hello, im new here, desperate btw. (Ill attach specs with dxdiag because im lazy, location of pc and benchmark results) The pc started to fatally freeze while gaming, displaying black screen with the hdmi symbol and fans rolling at full speed until i reboot or shut down the pc. So i went to DL2 crash log, previously happened with Halo infinite. and showed DXGI error device removed, i found a fix for regedit creating DWORD value 0 named TdrLevel, so far so good for several days until yesterday crashed again. After some more research it narrowed down to the PSU being faulty maybe, i dont know how to test it but i saw another video of the guy with the same issue touching connectors and having that freeze, the solderings were broken or something like that. So i download aida64 to see a bit more detail on the pc and run the benchmark also forcing the gpu and warned me that the TdrDelay value was too low and the program will fix it, so it was also related to my gpu freeze, i reboot and run the benchmark, instantly 5 seconds into it, all cores to 97° 100° constant and cpu throttling up to 40% or so, ran the benchmark for 3 minutes and i stopped because of fear, minute after ran again for half a minute and same results. I cleaned the case with air compressor few weeks ago so i dont think its dirt the main suspect of overheating. I have this pc for around 6 years already, built it myself, used mainly for gaming and some years of rendering in AE, is the time of my pc coming to an end? I should upgrade the cooling? Any clues whats happening to the Graphics card? Maybe i should dismantle it and repair the connectors if they are broken but i dont have great pulse for soldering. Important note is that i bought a new ssd OS dedicated but the windows doesnt work properly(for example i cant write on the searchbox along with other bugs) with this windows i started having these fatal crashes, im thinking about reinstalling another version, but i remember some time ago if i hit or move the pc it would reboot or shut down but never looked into it as i only hit it couple times unintentionally, so basically i have 2 problems, something might be happening with the input power to the gpu and also overheating to the cpu(might be thermal paste? Still has the original 6 years old, but i read they can last for a decade). Any ideas? Thank you very much guys for your attention by the way. Another note as i ran another test before publishing, the cpu throttling only appears when i press Stress FPU and/or Stress Cache along with max temperature, which i have no clue what FPU is, with only Stress CPU it goes 80°-90° with no throttling.
  2. Hi, Nicehash2 freezes when aida64 sensor panel is running. It occurs within 5 min when using google chrome together with nicehashv2 using equihash for the GPU and cryptonightv7 for the CPU , using Nvidia drivers 391.35. When using nvidia drivers 397.64, this is even worst, there are BSOD generated. Using win10 home 64 bits, latest aida64 5.97.4633 beta 5 GTX1070 and 1950X CPU. My sensor panel config is attached. Sensor panel Refresh speed set to 2 seconds. 2018-05-20.sensorpanel
  3. Hi, I have an Asus Z10PED16WS MoBo. Any time I do anything that triggers a sensor scan in AIDA64 my machine locks up. I have the same issue in HWINFO64, so I don't think its an AIDA bug. I want to enable logging so I can see exactly what is happening before the Machine Locks up, but when I select the logging tab in preferences, it initiates the sensor scan locking up the machine before I can enable anything. Is there any way I can enable logging without initiating the sensor scan so I can see whats happening? Thank You -
  4. First post. Love the product and the active support community! I *think* I have a stable system: Ryzen 5 1600 3.8 GHz @ 1.3375v MSI Tomahawk B350 16GB Corsair LPX 3200 RAM running at 2666 @ 1.36v EVGA GTX 1070 SC with a +100/500 overclock GPU/memory Plenty of clean power via an EVGA Supernova G2 750w PSU I've run AIDA64 for hours without failures with the ^^ settings after some failed tests made me pull back my memory clock and increase my Vcore. Most recently I ran FPU by itself without issue (76C max temp on top-down air cooling in a "meh" airflow case...weird, right? I'll save that for another post), then all the subtests (minus GPU) at once without FPU, then finally added FPU to the mix for the last hour so that all subtests minus GPU were running at once. At multiple points during my stress testing my two monitors went black for 5-10 minutes at a time. The pointer was visible and movable, sometimes with a spinny wheel, sometimes not, but at no point could I get control of the PC back until it decided to come back on its own. I assumed this was going to be a failed test but the progress bar was still chugging along and no failures had been reported. I've gotten the black screen on a GPU only test before and assumed it was because I was stressing the graphical interface beyond its ability to send info to my monitors, but in these recent tests I omitted the GPU from testing. I've read up as much as I can find in these forums and around the web but haven't seen this as a problem. Any feedback would be appreciated.
  5. Hello, i have a Logitech g510 keyboard and i wanted to use the nice LCD feature. All is well but when i click the "new" button to add something to the screen AIDA64 just freezes, this problem also happens when i click 'new' to add another option to the sensor panel aswell. I have been browsing and i've seen that reinstalling the logitech software has helped people but i have tried that a few times with no prevail. What i mean by 'freezing' is when i click the 'new' button, i cant click anything else. i get the windows 'ding' and have to end the proccess in task manager to shut it down and restart it. I am running windows 7 64bit, logitech gaming software version 8.20.74, AIDA64 version 2.30. thanks for your time and hopefully we can fix this. Edit: I just realized that changing anything in the sensor panel makes it lock up, i can move objects but nothing else
