Anything else needed or can you figure out why the H110iGT  fan speed sensor went away?

That dump is enough, thank you. The problem is that sensor readings from one of your sensor devices replace (overwrite) the readings coming from the other sensor device of yours. We'll have to revamp the way AIDA64 uses sensor slots about fans and pumps. We'll do that in the next AIDA64 beta update due in a few days from now ;)

I got a new Corsair RM650. The Fan(speed) is missing and I think also other values. Here is my usbdump. In my file the "Corsair Integrated USB Bridge" but I can values with the Corsair Link software.

Hello, I´ve got a question. I have got a Corsair AX 1500 i, which showed me the power value, but this doesn´t work yet, it don´t show me the current consumption, Can you help me?

yes it can also see temperature and fan

Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> Corsair Link Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first.

Thank you, although that's not the dump I've requested ;) Based on the Sensor page content, it seems it's the classic case of your PSU not being able to properly provide +3.3V electrical current reading. We've seen many AXi Series PSUs with that issue, and we suspect it is due to a firmware issue. And without +3.3V current and power reading, AIDA64 cannot calculate a total PSU power draw value. +5V and +12V current and power values are still measured and shown on the Sensor page.

thank you for your answer! Yes I have enabled the Link-Support but the RM-Series has a USB connection for the sensors. So there is a  "problem" with the driver. It seems that ther is no driver for the RM-Series anymore. In the Silabs folder there are a driver with these device IDs: VID_1B1C&PID_1C00, USB\VID_1B1C&PID_1C01, USB\VID_1B1C&PID_1C02.

 

But the device ID from the controller in the PSU is USB\VID_1B1C&PID_1C0A. It uses a default (?) Windows HID driver and the Corsair Link software uses this driver. As you can see the device is in the usbdump.

 

In my old dump was a unknown device - was a problem  with a USB hub - I just fixed it :)

That should work then, since 1B1C-1C0A is a proper device ID that is handled by the HXi/RMi PSU code of AIDA64 already. Are you sure the PSU related readings are missing from the Computer / Sensor page?

there are PSU related values in the sensor page. But there is still a problem with the fan and its speed. The PSU has a semi-passive fan - its acitve when the temperature reaches a threshold. There is no 0% fan-speed value for the PSU but if I push the test button of the PSU the fan-speed from the PSU is appearing on the sensor page and when I release it the fan will stop - but the sensor page still show the max rpm value of the fan.

I have Corsair RM1000i PSU with Corsair Link 4 software. And i can not use this software with Aida64 - it crashes when Aida64 is running. I tried the latest beta but still problem. (i have Corsair Link sensor support option checked) On the bright side - i can see various readings from my PSU with Aida64. It's just the software itself that crash with Aida64. Can i do something about it ?

That's unfortunately normal at this point. Corsair Link software doesn't implement the necessary industry standard synchronization mutexes that other 3rd party software (like AIDA64, HWiNFO, CPU-Z, GPU-Z, etc) already use to avoid such collisions. Corsair said they are already working on the resolution.

Thank you :) Now the fanspeed appears in the sensor page when the fan is active and the entry is removed when the fanspeed is 0rpm. But the readings are now correct. But there is still a small problem if you want to map the sensor reading to a Logitech LCD display you have to push the button when its not active.

So it would be great if AIDA64 can show the fanspeed for the PSU in the sensor-page even when the fan is stopped.

I have another question: What is the wattage that Aida64 reports from PSU - is it the power that computer uses or the power that PSU draws from the outlet ?

It is the combined power that the motherboard, CPU(s) and video card(s) draw from the PSU.

Hmm, so it is not the power that PSU draws from the wall.

Corsair Link shows two different powers - incoming (draw from outlet) and outgoing (what computer is using) and difference between these two (efficiency). 

Can you make Aida64 do the same ?
