CPU Main temp showing incorrect readings (Gigabyte Z87-D3HP)

The Main CPU is reading -128 degrees Celsius while the temps for the the individual cores are correct. Here's the debug info:

Thank you, but I'm pretty sure that is due to either a temporary or a persistent malfunction of the CPU thermal diode or the motherboard sensor chip. Try to do a complete power-off of your system (disconnect A/C from your power supply unit), and see if it helps.
