When you minimize the modal window, the whole application gets minimized, and when you restore the application, the modal window is still minimized, so only the main application window is restored. After Perferences Windows minimized(PrefWindowState=1) close the Perferences Windows , and close the program. Reopen the program , open Perferences , will be wrong.
