CPU Reading Incorrect? (Asus P8Z68-V LE)

I have couple of questions based on the temp reading shown by AIDA 64 Extereme edition below( attached report).

Can the CPU temp be so high if all other temps are low.

Also asus AI Suite II shows CPU temp in range of 30 -35 C as well, so is there a difference in ways temperatures are calculated or is AIDA 64 getting wrong readings from ASUS board

Thanks!! The upgrade did the trick. Out of curiosity what was the issue, because all the other software's like HW monitor also report the CPU temp in the 80's C , I s the issue with ASUS the way it reports temperatures?

Thank you for the feedback.

Asus uses a special CPU temperature register of the NCT6776F sensor chip on a few of their motherboards. Most hardware monitoring software don't even know that register exists ;)

I have a P8Z68 deluxe and even with the latest beta my CPU temp readings are to high.

When i check then with asus Fan Xpert they are 8-10 c to high.

Do you have a solution for this MoBo?

Your motherboard is already supported by the beta I've linked above. If you can see a difference between AIDA64 readings and what Asus' own software displays, then please create a screen shot to show us the issue. On the screen shot please make sure AIDA64 Computer / Sensor page and Asus' readings are both shown, side by side.

Question for the people with this board: I have the LX model of the P8Z68 and when I look in ASUS AI Suite II my CPU temp seems to jump around quite a lot. Usually it holds stable at around 32-37 but every 60-120 seconds the temp seems to spike at 47 degrees for a few seconds then drop back to normal. Sometimes it goes the other way and drops down to around 23 degrees which appears to be just above ambient. These temps are all at idle, unfortunately and AIDA64 doesn't register the correct CPU temp on this board atm. Has anyone else seen this kind of behaviour in the AI Suite?

      I have the asus strix x470-f with 5601 bios and an outdated version of aida64(from the start of 2020).
      Chipset and Tsensor(watercooling loop temp for me) temps have stopped showing for a while now and I assumed it was from getting bios updates and not updating aida.
      Installed latest beta (6.25.5462) and the problem persists. Asus Wmi and EC support are enabled (as i always had). Later i found out the following topic with the same problem(with olded bios than mine) that you are claiming to be an Asus issue , but sensors are showing in aisuite,hardwareinfo and other programs and only aida64 doesn`t seem to find them .

      I have a problem with rams, they are indicated as on the screen in Aida64, while it will have to be A1, B1, C1, D1


      and I have the temperature of the water plugged into the "Water In" port on the motherboard, but it indicates Temperature N°1 in Aida64

      It is possible to rename in "Water" (the "In" and "Out" to put in Extended Labels) and it's "duplicate" with T-Sensor 1
      Asus having made the effort to add these ports, as long as they are named correctly in Aida64

      I'm having issues finding the CPU Temperature sensor. Using a Strix B450-I mobo.
      The 2070 Super Temperature sensor shows up fine.
      Am I doing something wrong?

      Hello,
      Aida64 is reporting wrong VCCIN and DIMM AB and CD voltages, after overclocking.
      CPU is Intel 10940X and Memory is Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 3600 Mhz.
