Thanks m0n Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Do you think the EK Loop Connect device appears as YiMing 1840 as a connected USB device?
m0n4g3 0
I think that is the EK-Connect device yes. I could try and disconnect it, and see if the YiMing 1840 device disappears?

Meanwhile, we've ordered an EK-Loop Connect device in order to help us do more research. I'm not sure however if it's gonna be V1 or V2 of the device. Do you know how to recognize device version, and what the differences are between the two versions?

Meanwhile we've contacted EKWB in order to find out whether they are willing to provide technical documentation on how to interact with the EK Loop Connect device. It doesn't seem to be trivial, so it would be best if they could help us out.

I'm afraid EKWB refused to provide us with any technical documentations or any help on supporting their hardware in our software. You and other EKWB customers may want to put more pressure on EKWB in order to kinda force them to be more open and collaborative.
