stasio Posted July 23, 2012 Share Posted July 23, 2012 It runs hotter than the Z68 PCH, because of the USb 3.0 controller. It doesn't affect performance either. My is always beetwen 62-64C (previous Z77X-D3H). Edit: Just change to Z77X-UP5 TH. PCH temperature arround 57C,ambient temp as previous board.
