i do System stability test for 30 mins

CPU avg 69.5°c
APU ± 62°C
there no error display in monitor but it's like freeze every few seconds (the icons in Aida disappear).
is this an indication that my system is unstable?
(as long as I run the application/game I don't find any problems like force close or freeze.)
Overclock:
- Ryzen 5 5600G
- Overclock iGPU 1900Mhz 1.15v → 2200Mhz 1.15v
- Undervolt CPU 1.35volt → 1.1volt
- Overclock Ram XMP 3200 - 20-19-19-43 → 3533Mhz - 16 -19-19-38
