Hi Fiery, thanks for this quick reply! Yes the NAS system is just connected via LAN. So this is probably the reason.... Is it sufficient, if I connect it with USB (I am using a D-LINK Share center) or do I have to dismount the drives separately and mount them into external hdd frames (as I am using just a laptop)? Hi, when I start AIDA / EVEREST, the laptop drive is found,no problems at all, all S.M.A.R.T. data is available. But only for the laptop hdd. The NAS system ist found under "physical drives", but no SMART-Data is available. I am desperately looking for the LCC numbers... Is there any idea, what the problem is? thanks..
