Maybe wrong value for GPU Memory Bandwidth for Nvidia 40X0 (AD102) series?

The benchmark of my RTX 4090 was 2200.7 GB/s, in December last year. But now it got 1693.8 GB/s. I dowloaded the 6.92 version again, wich I had used last time, but same result. Any changes in Aida64 or is my card going down?
