I'm having the same problem as the OP. Any chance you could update for the same brand motherboard but with the B650 chipset? (Aorus Elite AX) The fan that I have plugged into the "SYS_FAN4_PUMP" header is showing up and reporting RPM in UEFI, HW Info, and other monitoring systems, but it's not available in AIDA64:
