I have this issue too for the first time, just booted up and even another restart it crashed on the last cache + memory copy test. Not sure how I can run out of memory when I have 2x48GB modules on W11 x64, 12th gen platform. AIDA64 Extreme version is 7.40.7100 which is the latest as of this post.
