I don't have time to debug your software, I'd rather just get a refund and move on.

Is there anything else I can provide to possibly get an answer on this issue? If not, can I get a refund as this software is useless to me if it keeps crashing???

No it does not.

It happens randomly. Mostly noticing it in the morning after the computer has been idle over night. The app is usually idle in the system tray.

Getting this error randomly.. requires a restart of the app every time.
