Your memory is as the last reply poster said Double Data Rate. meaning the memory is actually running on a bus of 2800Mhz for the OP. Double that data rate and you get 5600 Mhz. Aida 64 is just reporting the true FSB of your memory, although Windows reports both the up and the down cycle processing of memory at 5600Mhz. My memory is 8200Mhz, but it runs most stable at 7200Mhz on my ASUS Maximus Z790 Dark Hero motherboard. And Aida 64 reports that my 8200Mhz memory is running at a FSB of 3600Mhz.
