Wow, Dudleydogg, this is awesome! I’ve got it working. A couple of things I’ve noticed:
The FPS is locked to whatever the desktop is running, and loading a game keeps it locked instead of dynamically adjusting based on real-time FPS.
It reads whichever monitor is set as the "primary monitor," and I couldn’t find a way to switch it to my gaming screen unless I duplicated the display in Windows or set that monitor as the primary—but even then, it still locks to the desktop FPS.
