How do I find a crash report? I'm not that skilled with Android. I don't get any error message, the app just closes. -

Just got my 477M, which is a new retro handheld from Anbernic. I downloaded Aida64 from the App Store, which I do with all my new Android devices. And the app crashes without opening, which is the first time I’ve had that happen. I tried to get a plain install of Android on this device, in case it was something installed by Anbernic that was the conflict. But I can’t figure out how to do that. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.
