I tested a program that costs almost $250 (Engineer), encountered one problem and several others, reported one of them, and no one on the team could provide any clarification, not even a generic response.
Sorry, but I'm not going to waste my money or my precious time with this company. No way!
Unfortunately, you treat your users (customers) like prostitutes. No money, no attention!
