What to include in the .ini file?

I have Business Edition. I would like to know if I can execute each component seperately through cmd line.  If so where can I get the instruction?  I saw there's an option to use custom .ini file instead of the default AIDA64.ini. I can't seem to find the AIDA64.ini file.  Can you please point me to the file?
