Disabled unlock cores, fixed and working...... topic solved.

Such weird core temperature readings usually occur when one unlocks disabled cores of an AMD processor, and/or when the ACC feature is activated.

Please verify if the core tempeatures are zero in HWMonitor latest version as well.
