Intel® Centrino® Advanced-N 6230 = correct WLAN traffic.
Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller = correct LAN traffic.
The others are showing zeros with normal computer use (I need the juniper VPN only very occasional)

How many network adapters do you have? You can check them on the Network / Windows Network page. Is the WLAN adapter among those network adapters?
How many network adapters are listed among the hardware monitor items? For example: NIC1 Download Rate, NIC2 Download Rate -- means 2 adapters detected by the hardware monitor module.

I created my own sensor panel for my laptop, including Network Speed for LAN & Wlan.
Unfortunately some time ago both bars stopped working - it seems like the numbering of the NIC adapters have changed somehow. I was able to repair the LAN sensor, but for my WLAN none of the NICs in the list work.
any advice ?
