Why AIDA recommended for the paging file 6971MB, even when freely 10630MB of physical memory? When even the paging file is not used. What is the basis of its recommendations? If the 6971MB were needed in the paging file, the operating system would have long ago placed them in a file?

I updated to version 5.75. Location is now allocated 6026-5328 = 698mb, when the paging file is still not being used? And virtual memory from somewhere appeared additionally used megabytes.
