My problem is when I set XMP to boost my RAM to 3000Mhz, AIDA64 says "Hardware failure" only on "System memory test". I run AiDA64 for CPU, FSU and memory cache and run great. I run Prime95 (no errors), Realbench (no errors), HCI memtest(no errors), MemTest86(no errors)... What could make my ram to do hardware failure on AIDA64? When i go stock to 2133Mhz AIDA64 is not showing anymore that hardware failure...

I have a new build with:
Procesor: i5 9600k
MB: Asus Z370-P II
Memory: 2x Corsair LPX 8GB DDR4 3000Mhz CL16
Power Suply: Seasonic Focus 650W
GPU: RTX 2060
