I used paint.net. Please bear in mind that I don't know absolutely nothing about graphics editing  so don't expect too much from attached file. I have used paint.net like third time in my life bg.pdn

Thanks for sharing this. 

I really like the blue panel and decided to make some adjustments to suit my config, also removed some chinese characters from the background.
