[Can’t rename folders in windows]

Windows 10 New install - 20H2 -19042.746

AIDA64 - 6.32.5600

I believe it might have been a portable, since it was in a folder on my desktop and I had to move it and I thought that was weird. 
 

ok so I downloaded the exe file and installed it that way and it doesn’t do it anymore. Thank you very much for your help, much appreciate it.

It keeps on doing it.

Changing the name of a folder gives me about 3 seconds then times out.

exit out of AIDA64 and it works perfectly fine. So yes this has to do with AIDA64.

I couldn’t rename a folder in windows. I turned aida64 off and it works fine. What’s causing this?
