[fixed: RX 6800 Sensor Panel GPU Clock flickering]

My GPU clock is unavailable most of the time to even select new and when i did get it on the sensor panel it flickers on and off the screen when it wants.

This is what I got from Video Debug ATI GPU Registers as i seen another post about this. I have v6.32.5600 Aida64 and AMD driver software 21.3.1
