Thanks Fiery. Both SMBus and ISA Sensor Dump did not trigger. Although problem with the Intel SST driver still randomly replicates with v6.60.5900 smbusdump_full.txt isasensordump.txt

It seems using AIDA64 Extreme v6.33.5700 on Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet Gen 3 causes a freeze on Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology (Intel(R) SST) Audio Controller. This results in loss of audio, and a restart of driver becomes mandatory to restore audio output. It is very likely triggered by going into motherboard/chipset and/or Sensor tabs.
