Sorry for the delay. I am uploading screenshots I took of each of the English and Japanese environments. In the attached image, the font specification is correctly reflected in the English environment, but in the Japanese environment, even though the Stencil font is clearly specified, some other font (default font?) is displayed. You will also notice that other identical font parts are not as specified in the Japanese environment. However, if a font such as MS Mincho is specified, it will be displayed correctly. My guess is that ASCII-only fonts are not displayed correctly.

I have not yet decided to purchase this software because this issue has not been resolved. Font specification does not work in the Japanese environment. Specifically, fonts containing multi-byte characters such as Kanji seem to be reflected, but if I specify a font containing only ASCII characters such as DS-Digital, it is not reflected.

I am facing the same problem. I still have this problem in v7.00.6700 under Japanese environment.
