I'm also having problems with reading the temperature of my processor. 
I have a Core i7 in a motherboard ASUS P6T Deluxe, and using both the latest stable version as the last beta, reading the processor temperature is different from reading from ASUS Probe II 
In AIDA64: CPU 29ºC 
In ASUS Probe II: CPU 47ºC 
Other readings are correct, only the processor is different. 
Note: after opening the asus probe, the reading of AIDA64 comes to be correct, being equal to the asus probe, even after closing it. 
Bug?
