As title states, if you're changing primary monitor from the 'left' to the 'right' and the panel is on the left screen, it will move over to the right.
I have several screens and sometimes I'll change bottom center from primary to top center, and I normally have the panel on the top screen. So when this happens and I don't manually move the panel to the bottom screen first, it vanishes. The solution for this unless I revert changes is to hide and reshow the panel via right clicking the task manager icon. I would use the lock feature if this didn't happen.
