    Let me continue this thread. I have exact same problem. Clicking menu -> Monitor diagnostics instantly causes MessageBox with error. Monitor Diagnostics window never appears. Here are screenshots. (Windows 7 x64 SP1, DELL Inspiron 5767). UPD. Problem solved by downloading exact same version couple days later. Seems to be, problem has been fixed. Application version is still the same though.

    Hello. I noticed AIDA64 CPUID tool displays wrong pucture (old Pentium 4 HT) with my Pentium 4415U. I understand, both "Pentuim 4" and "Pentium 4415U" share the same part - "Pentium 4" in there product string, but obviously, it's wrong. Looks like some kind of string parsing problem. BTW, in older versions (if I recall, ver 5 or even earlier versions of ver 6) of AIDA64 everything displayed correctly. Thank you.
