Find your aida64.exe (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\FinalWire\AIDA64 Extreme) Right-click Properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings > check "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: <System> > OK > OK then restart your PC
