    Seems like the problem was with chipset drivers from msi.com for this motherboard. They were 6 month old, while amd.com has 1 month old chipset drivers. I'll close the topic when make sure everything is fine

    Clear win10 with all updates, latest bios, 1 app: geforce experince. Stock or EXPO i get THIS. If I use safe boot in win10, all timings are great. Also extreme latnecy for CPU
