Voluntary For Real

See below. AIDA64 showing 12%. I also have another Rainmeter widget showing 12%. The widget doesn't use AIDA64, but it seems to be pulling the usage % in the same manner as AIDA64, since it gives the same value. I also checked Open Hardware Monitor, and it shows the same value as well. Task Manager, however, shows 28%. The Task Manager usage percent is always higher than AIDA64 and the Rainmeter widget. Can anyone explain what I'm seeing and what the difference is?

I noticed that Aida64 doesn't see any fan sensors on my system. It's an MSI laptop motherboard MS-1541. The built in MSI monitoring tool does show fan speed. (see below) But, I'm trying to run Aida64, so I can have more customization options for the display. I researched other users having similar issues. Often it was just a matter of installing the latest version or beta version. I tried the current release version as well as the beta version, and in both cases I didn't see any fan sensors. Thanks in advance for any help or info that anyone is able to provide. It would be sweet if I could see the fan speed using this tool.
