The fact is whatever I tried in one screen it was copied to others. Anyway, I played with hidding and showing. This screen it is my third monitor, so I tried all the options. It works for me if I set the aida64 sensor panel with the option TOP checked and them hidde the taskbar, and just show it again. Magic! The taskbar is showed in the 2 main moitors but the one for 7" remains at bottom of sensor panel, as i want. So thats perfect for me. Hope this help.

I´ve used a 7" screen and movin the sensorpanel over the screen the taskbar has dissapaired. At the beginning it seems like taskbar will be showed anytime, however moving it again carefully to adjust it has covered the full 7" screen. So it is not related with win 11. The source of this sensor panel is from seansix. He shared it HERE. Thanks man.
