  1. On my second attempt at this, I clicked Renew Now from Help|About of the installed software. This retained my same installed version for support renewal. I added an extra year of support. I attempted to enter the discount code from the email sent to me to see on the website: Invalid coupon code The code emailed to me is not working.
  2. I got an email stating there's a discount on licenses. My current AIDA64 Engineer license is due for a renewal. I figure I might as well take advantage of this offer. Here is the issue -- I am currently using AIDA64 Engineer as I wrote above. You are aware of this, since I purchased a valid license. Why wouldn't the email for this offer I received continue with AIDA64 Engineer license renewal? Why would the link send me to a different product than what I already have a license to use? I did not even realize that you sent me a link to a different license. I made the purchase, and now Cleverbridge will not automatically give me a refund for something I do not want. I have to write to them and wait for them to manually fix this issue. Here is how to fix this going forward: retain the same license of what I already have as opposed to linking a different product. This would not be a big deal if Cleverbridge allowed for an automatic refund, but they will not. I must wait for them to fix this. This could take days.
  3. Two updates ago I enabled remote sensor to view sensor items from my Android phone while connected to my local wifi network. It worked fine after a brief configuration. What I am noticing is after every AIDA64 update the http sensor page stops loading from my Android phone. To get it to work again I have to change the http port from the original 80 to 8080 or 8080 back to 80. Unless I do this, the http page will not load after every update gets installed. I have not tried a reboot after update, but a port change after update gets it working again. Is there perhaps another way to get remote sensor working again that I am unaware of? I have had two updates so far, and remote sensor stopped wortking both updates. Switching the http port as I mentioned resolved the issue.
  4. I just installed the latest update, and this works great. A keypress now brings the sensor panel to the foreground. Thank you!
  5. Okay -- I see what is happening now. I click the toolbar icon that turns off the sensor panel. I then click it a second time to turn it back on that in turns bring it to the foreground. The keyboard shortcut does not duplicate this functionality. If it is already open and behind other windows, no action happens. It does not close the open sensor panel unlike the toolbar button. If I close the sensor panel, then the keyboard hotkey will open it and bring it to the foreground. Can I mimic the toolbar behavior through the keyboard?
  6. I have a fairly new custom built workstation that uses an AIO cooler for the CPU. I am constantly monitoring temperatures, because I know AIOs will eventually fail. What I did not expect to see for this brand new workstation is that my 4TB M.2 Samsung Pro 990 reaching temperatures of 63. I later learn that the shop who built my computer (no -- I did not build it myself) included a Samsung 990 Pro that has no heat sink (this makes no sense, because the price difference is about $10 USD). Anyway, my temperature sensor panel is often hidden behind other screens. I am able to bring it to the foreground by turning the panel off followed by turning it back on. Is there perhaps a keyboard shortcut to bring the existing sensor panel to the foreground? I looked at preferences and turned on the Hotkey for Sensor Panel: CTRL+ WIN + ALT + S. Pressing this keyboard combination results in no changes and no activity. Thanks in advance.
  7. Thank you for sharing this info.
  8. I am viewing my sensor panel right now that shows a memory clock of 2600 MHz. This does not match what my BIOS is set for in the BIOS setup screen. There it shows me 5200 MHz. It seems the sensor panel is showing half of this speed. This may be working as intended, but I do not understand the discrepancy. The DRAM sticks I am using are four Corsair Vengeance 5200MHz.
