    I did 2 tests: One before opening and cleaning fans on my laptop (RIGHT) Second opening laptop and cleaning the fans (LEFT). Is it possible to get it to zero? The second test proved cleaning the fans reduced the throttling by about 20%! How can I remove another 15%? Thanks The picture of the tests are available at this link: https://ibb.co/xYt28WJ
