Does anyone know why my FPS counter on my sensor panel stays on 0, even during a game? i have the sensor set to RTSS, but its not reading on my panel.

hello all. I'm new to this sensor panel idea. I have one installed and set up, but its not Aida64. and its kinda plain. Can someone please help me out? I have downloaded a couple different themes, but it asks for a program to open the file. I don't know what i'm doing wrong. Here is the one i have now.
