I noticed when running the "GPU stressing" in aida64, I get alot of lag/delay in windows. It happens right when I click Start for the test. It's whenever I click/move anything. I do NOT get this if I "stress test" any other part in aida64.

I'm testing a recent OC and noticed that in the power tab the watts sometimes drop WAY bellow the graph (-10000 CPU package and -10000 CPU IA cores). Is there an issue with my mobo or PSU?
