  1. Hi everyone / AIDA64 Support Team, About three years ago, I purchased an ASUS ROG motherboard that came with a bundled AIDA64 Extreme license. My current maintenance period is set to expire soon, on May 2nd. I would like to keep my software up to date. I noticed there is a Renewal option for $46.17 and a New License option for $65.95. Naturally, I’d prefer to renew. However, when I clicked the "Renew now" button inside the AIDA64 application, it redirected me to a webpage with the following message: License AIDA64 Extreme product key has been successfully verified. Maintenance The entered product key has already been used for purchasing a renewal. Please enter your current product key or contact our sales team for assistance at sales@aida64.com. Here is my problem: The system is asking me to enter my "current product key," but I do not actually have the alphanumeric key string written down anywhere, as it was automatically bundled and activated with the motherboard. Could you please advise on how I can proceed with the $46.17 renewal? Or does this specific error mean that OEM/bundled keys cannot be renewed and I am forced to purchase a completely new license for $65.95? Thanks in advance for your help!
