  1. Hi Fiery, That makes sense! I notice it is still the same though even if I uncheck 'Stress GPU'? Yes that is correct, our work computers are pretty basic with just onboard VGA. Thanks Tom
  2. Hi all, I have recently built myself a new system with the following specs: Asus Z87 Pro motherboard Intel Core i7 4770K running at Stock 3.9GHz 16GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz DDR3 (2x 8GB DIMMS) 256GB Samsung 840 Pro SSD 2TB WD Caviar Green HDD As this was an 'upgrade' rather than a full new build, I have combined it with the following older kit: Coolermaster 850W PSU Coolermaster Cosmos 1000 case Noctua NHD-14 HSF EVGA NVidia GTX 560 Ti PC is running Windows 8 Pro 64 bit. I have downloaded Aidia 64 and tested the stability of the machine using the System Stability Test. It seems very stable and reliable, and runs to low temperatures. I have noticed though that while the stability test is running, it is very laggy and slow. For example dragging the window around the screen is very jittery (for want of a better word!) and laggy. I'm thinking this may just be because the stability test puts such a strain on the system that it's fully consumed for anything else. However I ran the test on my PC at work which is much older and lower spec and it didn't exhibit this behaviour, so it got me thinking! Is this normal? Thanks! Tom
