1) Which exact option in the BIOS Setup did you alter?
Intel Virtualization technology feature, set to disabled. was enabled by default and since I don't plan to run VM ware I disabled it.
2) Do you mean the CPU AES scores?
Yes after many hours overclocking AES scores where always lower than Intel core i7 2600k, after I disabled Intel virtualization Technology in bios the scores increased.
3) Did you use AIDA64 v3.20.2600?
Yes.
4) What version of BIOS do you have for your motherboard?
Many versions over the last month v1.20, v1.30, v1.40, v1.50, and currently v1.61 beta.
My CPU @ 4.2GHz with intel virtualization enabled AES scores where 13500 MB/s, with intel virtualization disabled the AES scores are 19000+ MB/s

Hey guys, I was having the same issue with low benchmark scores. for me disabling intel virtualization technology in the bios increased my results from 13500MB/s to 19500MB/s. this is on MSI Z87-G45 and i7 4770k @4.2GHz.
thought it was strange myself but I can reproduce the results by enabling/disabling virtualization in bios.

Im sure if you have overclocked using a bios option then it will be overclocked 10% and will still be under warranty.
reading this article It says "Since people have been Overclocking their beasts (read machines) to get the maximum out of them right form Day 1, Asus soon began shipping its own overclocking app, the Super Hybrid Engine, with every Eee. That lets users boost the speed of most Eee PCs by up to 10% while staying within warranty."

if theres a button in bios to overclock surely if you press it again it will disable it, otherwise you can use the reset to defaults option in the bios.
