  1. Ok I seem to have fixed it by disabling Low-level SMART operations in the Stability section. Can't believe it was AIDA64 causing it all along, before today I thought it was the USB3 controller playing up and causing the whole charade all along!
  2. I have a Hotway 8-bay non-RAID USB 3.0 enclosure all filled with hard drives. It is connected to my motherboard USB 3.0 port (Etron driver 1.09). When I start AIDA64, alll the drives become disconnected, then they try to reconnect but Windows says that all of them need formatting then they disappear shortly after again. It is certainly AIDA64 causing it because it happens as soon as I start aida64. I have tried both the newest official and newest beta versions of aida64 does it with both. Any ideas?
